The food is fantastic, about 40% of the time. Ive ordered from this place about 20 times because I love the food so much when they get it right. Unfortunately, my usual experience is either very late delivery time, hair in my pad thai, food not spicy enough, and soup only 1/3 full. Today the delivery man didn't supply a pen, but wouldn't leave without a signature on my credit card receipt. I suggest you eat in the restaurant to avoid delivery order mistakes.

not very good. tufo was massively overcooked. green papaya salad was just bad. it was soaking wet and not tasty at all. I took one bite and threw it out.

SLOWEST place EVER!!! Rude hostess on phone. Food was cold. Will NEVER order from this place again!

Mediocre. Nothing special. Ordered curry lunch and Lettuce wraps: something tasted dirty in the lettuce wraps, assuming it was the Shrimp. ick.

Definitely the best Thai food on Seamless Web midtown east

I will never order again. A 30-45 delivery took over an hour, despite being only 7 blocks away. Food was luke warm when it arrived and half of it was spilled in the delivery bag.

Little Thai Kitchen is inconsistent with the quality of their food, the first time I ordered from their restaurant, the Massaman Curry was authentic and flavorful... the second time I ordered it was bland and tasteless. I ordered a third time and the experience fell somewhere in the middle of the first two orders. So give it a try and maybe you'll get lucky.

this was gross. they were half an hour late delivering and my spring rolls were actually black! I can't believe they would serve that to someone.

Not impressed. It's sub-par Thai to say the least.

Extremely Annoying- My food took 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did it was completely cold. Will never order from here again.
Posted 6 months ago by Michelle Z.
The food was good. However, the delivery time stated 15-30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called and was assured my food would be here in 5 minutes. It wasn't and I had to call again. I ordered at 11:55 and the food was delivered at 1:05, This is not acceptable. No apology was even offered

great pad thai, and AMAZING spring rolls. I am going to order again, just for the spring rolls!

Will never order from there again. The appetizers were soggy and strangely flavored. The main noodle dishes were just bad, and there was a lack of meat in my Pad Thai that was strange. Too bad - we love Thai and would've ordered frequently.

After 45 minutes with no confirmation, I called the restaurant to find out what was going on. They first told me they had no order. After 15 minute search, they found it, but could not confirm when they could get the order to me. I asked they cancel, I didnt even get an apology.
Posted 8 months ago by Diana F.
Sent me a confirmation immediately, but never delivered my order or contacted me to offer any explanation. I ordered at lunchtime on a weekday, and my apartment is located just a few blocks from Little Thai. Their food is ok, but their service is abysmal. Don't bother with them if you're hungry and want your food to arrive fast (or if you want it to arrive...ever, at all).

Over 1.5 hours and still waiting on my food ...
Posted 8 months ago by Bobby S.
I usually order lunch from LTK several times a month or more. Their pad see ew and drunken noodles are good, and the veggie dumplings are excellent. I wish they would add the pad see ew to the lunch specials, though.

Pad thai okay, noodles not pink, at least.

Their food tastes great and is actually spicy. They are the most authentic I've found in this area

Awful. I ordered my food over an hour ago and am still waiting to receive it. I called the restaurant to inquire about the long wait and I was told they did not have my order; that is not possible as I have an order confirmation that was sent to my inbox a couple of minutes after I placed the order. When I told the woman over the phone that, she suddenly found my order and insisted that the order was on the way. No explanation or apology for my food being late. Will never use them again.

Delish and quick! Best food I've had yet in the neighborhood off seamless

The food is excellent (when it arrives hot), but the time estimates are often quite far off. On several occasions it has taken over an hour when the estimate was 15-30 min.

Amazing pad see ew! Delivery is the worst. Instead of 15-30 minutes delivery, its 1 hour and 15 minutes!

I thought the food was mediocre at best.

Good food, but delivery takes too long - - - - significantly longer than the estimate.

I just had the blandest papaya salad I've ever had. BLAH! I've lost my appetite to try out the main course.
Posted a year ago by Pauwla R.
Probably the best thai food I have had in NYC. They just get it right. Pad Thai is great, but with shrimp it's just a little off for some reason. Everything else I've had tops any others in the city.

Food is okay but the delivery service is very, very, very slow. We ordered at 11 and got the food at 1. So if you have two hours to wait go ahead and call. By then the food will be cold just like ours.

The food was very good. The delivery guy forgot part of our order the first time, and we had to call and get the rest delivered. Other than that, adequate food.

best thai i've food in midtown east. yummy peanut sauce. crisp spring rolls. entrees good too.

The food is very tasty, but the portions are really small for the price. Small enough that I'm only giving 2 stars (they would have gotten 3 otherwise). I got the vegetable yellow curry and I swear, it was all sauce with a couple pieces of brocolli and baby corn in there. Thank god for the rice.

less than a star. pure rubbish. i ordered food from here and it literally looked like left overs. I had to throw it away it was so bad.

The papaya salad was very good and authentic. The pad thai was good as well. We would have liked more lemon slices but we'll request more next time. This office will definitely order from Little Thia Kitchen again. The only thing we saw that could be improved upon is if they labeled the order. We had 4 orders of different Pad Thai and had to try to figure out which was which.

Very fast delivery, always on time or early. The food is delicious.

Portions were small and the food was delivered so slowly it was ice cold.

Delivery was a tad slow considering they're only across the street. But overall I was pleased.

Delivery is very fast. Their Pad Thai is a little bland, but the portions are big. I would recommend them.

The delivery guy really has an attitute. It takes a few minutes for me to come downstairs from 33rd floor, and he complained about it.
Posted 3 years ago by Grace C.
The food is very good, but delivery times are atrocious. I have yet to have an order arrive within an hour and a half, regardless of the weather. Furthermore, if you call to get a status of the delivery they will always tell you that the delivery guy is 10 minutes away. If it's going to be later than expected, tell me that. Don't lie to me. If you really want good Thai, order it for pick-up and hoof it yourself OR place your lunch order prior to 11:30 and you MAY have it by 1:30. Or order from somewhere else.
Posted 3 years ago by David C.
The food was very tasty and delivery was quicker than expected. They did not have the brown rice I had requested so they gave me extra soda and appetizers to compensate, which was a really nice touch.
